At Funktasy Shop, we aim to ship your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Canada
• United States

At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks for both Canada and the U.S., depending on the shipping method and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or regional factors.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once a shipping label has been generated, we may not be able to make changes. In such cases, please contact USPS with your tracking number to request a reroute.

If an item is undelivered due to an incorrect address, please email us at shop@funktasy.com. We can assist with reshipment, but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
